I don't have credit card & Paypal want my credit card statement to access my full account. What to do, can anyone help me. I had submitted my bank account & debit card.
If this is in regard to a resolution centre situation, then (in my experience) there is also a "proof of ID option, which will all you submit a passport or driver;s licence or birth certificate.... you know the deal.
