Proof of Identity: ( No Signature )

So get the seemingly standard message below, well unless my reading comprehension has gotten worse over last 11minutes not a single place on there does it say where i am to upload or send it to.

Do i assume that im going to send my driving licence info over the web to a random email address?  or do i upload it to the website , if so where, and also on website why can i not find anything about missing information proof of identity.. Heck ive got another paypal account that has all this proved with validated bank accounts which ive used for last 10 years and are on both accounts, its just this is my business one which i wanted to keep seperate.

 

But any help on where the feck i send pictures or what ever.

What is a valid proof of identity?

We accept a copy of:
- Your ID card
- Your driving licence (the plastic card, not the official letter)
- Your Passport
- Other photo ID that was issued by a government body.

Note: The following information must be visible on the document:
- First and last name
- Date of birth
- Date of issue and expiry
- Document ID Number.

Note: The document needs to be fully visible. Partial documents cannot be accepted as a valid proof of identity.

Once you've completed these steps and provided any additional information we may need, your case will be reviewed by one of our Account Specialists. We'll send you an email with the outcome of the review.

If you can't complete these steps, click 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page to get more information or to contact Customer Service.

I found where to upload but the stupid thing won't load! keeps telling me to try again, and yes they're in right format and size!!! seriously once I get my money someone sent me I going elsewhere!

Thanks for reaching out! Welcome to the PayPal Community. There should be a place in your Resolution Center to upload the requested documents. If you do not see a case there or there's not a place to upload your documentation, I normally recommend reaching out to our Customer Support via Twitter direct message or Facebook private message. They're normally able to provide you a pathway to upload your documentation and are able to make sure it's reviewed by the appropriate teams.
