Profile page not showing an Edit or Update option for my email

I need to change my email address on the Paypal account. But there is no + button or edit option showing next to my profile information. I can see an edit/update option for my address, phone number and business name, but not for email. Can anyone help direct me to how I can add a new email address, and make that my primary email? Thanks!

After adding , click Edit on the new email address to make it your primary email address.
