Problems with pay pal account

Dear Sirs,

I recieved an email named as "You can't send or withdraw money from your PayPal account" with instructions that I need to update some information about our company. I follow all the instructions. When I loged in I saw an allert , I clicked on it and there opened just message "thanks for providing your info"(in attachment print scr.). Even though the allert is still showing (second print scr.). Please check where is the problem and when can we start using our pay pal account. Thank you for an answer in advance.
