Problems with Billing

Hi I live in UAE and I want to order something from USA and ship it to my sister. Before I used to just uuse my paypal account and enter the US address but now I can even add a US billing or shipping address .. it only lets me add UAE addresses only..

Unfortunately you can't add an international address to a country specific paypal account.
