I've had this account for years and there is a bank account linked to it. I wanted to link a second account but when I do it wants to verify by phone but doesn't use any of the two phone numbers already on the account. It wants me to add another phone but then won't accept any phone number I add. I'm lost here.
I've been having the same problem and it won't let request a check by mail because of the same reason. Last month it was working fine and I could transfer money and get a check sent to me by PayPal for money waiting on my PayPal account and now I can't because it won't accept my phone number that is registered to me. I can't find a solution anywhere to fix it either.
