I have been a Paypal user for many years. I setup a second account for my part time business but all my private details were in their. So I upgraded this new account to business, this then upgraded my private account. All I want is a private and business account, how can I now achieve this. Thank you Tom
If you want a separate account then you click to 'register' a new personal or business account (and not upgrade) and make sure you use another email address.
