Permanently limited

Hi,

 

My PayPal account was permanently limited. I called to know why they would do that and on the phone, they couldn't tell me. They told me they would send me an email with more information and it's been a week and still no email.

 

What can I do about it ? How can they simply ban an account without even giving a reason why? This is very annoying...

They never give a reason, they just say you have broken their user agreement or acceptable use policy in some way.

Guess as it wouldn't change anything anyway there is no advantage in knowing.
