Paypal problems

Why does Paypal persist in thinking that I live in Greece when I have always lived in Australia? I've tried to update my address but it doesn't give me the option to change my country. Most of the time it doesn't matter too much but I've just had to grapple with my home page being in Greek and had quite a bit of difficulty changing it back to English.

Should I close the account and start again or is there an easier way?

Your PayPal account is registered as being opened in Greece.

You should unlink any financial accounts, and close the account if you don't live in Greece. You may want to change and remove the email address registered in the current PayPal account, before closing, if you want to use it with your new PayPal account. 

I'm going the link the PayPal Australia page. You should only sign up through this page, if you're physically located in Australia, and your internet service provider is based in Australia.
