Paypal didn't send Confirmation Email and I now I cannot login to my account

Hello, 

 

I am having a serious issue right now. I have two Paypal accounts, this one, settle on my actual country and the other one where I cannot login, was settled in the US.

I change the main email for my US account, but forgot to click 'confirm email' bc I thought it will be sending automatically to my email, but it wasn't the case. I logged out and when I tried to log in again, it said that it didn't reconize my email (The one I put as main and wasn't confirmed), and now I don't know what to do.


I removed the old email I had as a main on that account bc I wanted to link it to this account, so I don't have another email to use to log in, I also don't have a phone number to use neither, so I am stuck. I know my password btw.
I sent a email to Paypal but they just answered with stuff I already know and cannot do bc I cannot log in to that account. 
I don't know if I can call Paypal about this problem neither, since I do not live in the US.


Any useful contact or information will be appreciated
