No matter what I do PayPal will not close my account!!! they keep saying I have pending payments open although I do not. I have closed all of my merchant accounts through PayPal but they still will not allow me to close my account what can I do I contacted my bank and they have put a stop payment on PayPal but I still cannot close my account
