Why do my paypal say they can’t verify it’s me everytime I try n get my money?

Is it when you go to withdraw funds?

If so then is the name on your bank account exactly the same as the name on your paypal account?

I'm sorry to hear that you're running into identity validation requests when trying to purchase. The security system takes a lot of factors into account, and if there are any indications that it's possible that someone other than you might be accessing your account, PayPal protects you by requiring additional validation. 

Have you been able to get through the validation and successfully make your purchases?
