I live in Morocco, and I guess we have a problem with PayPal's full availability there. My questions : - Will be there any ETA on when we will be able to link our moroccan bank accounts to PayPal ? ( Banque Populaire ) - Does a confirmed debit card extend PayPal's account sending limits ?
