I am actively trying to verify my 501(c)3 and when I do it tells me to contact customer service with no customer service number listed. So I hit the message button and it sent me to a bot that just kept giving me the link to the same page that kept telling me to contact them. This is extremely unprofessional and time consuming. Is this typical of paypal? How do I verify my charity?
