My ebay postage and fees are automatically charged to my paypal account, which is fine, but I want them to be charged against my linked bank account or card for accounting purposes instead of being taken from my paypal balance. I can't find the setting to change - is it in ebay settings or paypal settings, and if so where?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
