PSD2 authorization does not allow me to log into my account.

Hi everyone, Paypal suddenly started to require authorization via Second Payment Services Directive (PSD2). Suggested to do this using mobile app. BUT the app never installed on any of my devices. When I downloaded app on my phone and tried to log in I got a message "Please check the entered data". I tried to change a password several times but it didn't get any results. In this situation I couldn't send a request to the support team, because for this I must be logged in. PayPal support haven't got a phone number in the Lithuania. I tried to call to Russian support, but they said the couldn't help me. To summarize, I found myself in a situation in which the only thing I can do with my account is to change the password. I also cannot get help from Paypal support. Could you please help me.
