PPP Loan Application Error

Hello all! 

So my situation is a little complicated. Any help or experiences would be appreciated! I originally applied for PPP through BoA and heard nothing on 4/3. I most recently applied through PayPal on 5/5, but I’m not so sure about the documents section. I applied through PayPal as an independent contractor, but since I haven’t done my taxes for 2019 yet, I didn’t attach a 1040C form. 

Has anyone been approved as an independent contractor without this form through PayPal? Has anyone gotten approved having applied(but not heard anything from another bank) from PayPal? Yesterday night, it allowed me to upload all documents, but today when I logged in it said I needed to upload my documents again with my same PayPal login. 

Not sure who to contact, but I really want my application approved before the money runs out.

Have to do your taxes so "they" can know how you have been financially affected by this virus situation. They want your Schedule C. I have read some cases where applicants have applied at a bank and didn't hear back from the bank but applied with a fin-tech and got approved and got their money pretty fast considering. That's all the specifics that said but its been recommended that you have your 2019 tax documentation good to go and even 2020 tax info if you have it and it's requested for best results. Can't afford to mess this up.

I also was unable to upload my documents and don't see it as an option although they clearly ask for it.

You now have access to our online portal, where you can upload documents, and if approved, check account details.

Can someone help me on where do you enter this information on Loan Builder?
