I believe you're trying to confirm your card or bank account with PayPal. Even if you have received a single deposit, you can still confirm your bank/card. Please refer to the articles: Confirm card and confirm bank. About verifying your account, you can refer to the article: Verify account.
Banks often combine the 2 amounts as they are so low, so if you contact your bank they may be able to tell you how they 'arrived' ie the 2 small amounts.
