I was unfortunately involved in a motor vehicle accident in some of the parts that were damaged have lifetime warranty if I can provide a purchase receipt for some reason I can't look up past 2017 on my account and the transactions occurred between 2011 and 2013 I've always had the same account how do I look up older transactions
