I got the two deposit an got them in sent a 20 “$ test run to a friend an at that point it started to ask for a second log in but that account was bank of Hawaii an on a old phone number so it is not convenient to go to the bank as I can’t. I’ve called the bank they said there’s no restrictions an so I’m wondering how do I solve this with PayPal to actually send a second payment as I know it’s approved an why I need my old phone that’s long gone.
