Hello, i have problem with old account. I have new phone so even new phone number and i cant acces my old acc cuz I forgot password and also my security questions. I was creating this account like 6 years ago and didnt use it. Id like to delete that old account if possible.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
