Not received phone call for PSD2 code

Hi everyone, I have not received the automated phone call from PayPal so I input the security code, I phoned PayPal help service yesterday they just told me to wait for 24 hours but I still have the problem, have never had this issue in the past and its the same landline number I always use it and has not been changed and I do not have a mobile number, any help much appreciated !!

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.
