Not able to log into my account

Hi there, I have been trying to log into my account since 1pm and everytime I try it says that PayPal couldn’t confirm it’s me. I have tried calling PayPal on several numbers and nobody picks up. I have also resetted my password 3 times and yet it still doesn’t work. They have sent the 6 digit codes to my phone and they have access to my Face ID yet they still say they cannot confirm it’s me. This is getting quite ridiculous now as I also have a payment on hold and now I can’t even log onto my account.

past 8 hours unable to access my business account! The 2 step authentifaction is not working! The sms messages never come through the "call you" function no calls come through, My uk handset is on the o2 network which is full open able to recieve texts and calls. Called paypaL an hour on hold only to be told nothing she can do and the problem was not paypals. Called back to be told it is a pay pal issue being fixed within the hour (this was 3 hours ago! ) was told a manage would call or email me. No call no email. Got a chat response here which was totally useless told me to submit a support ticket and the person had zero understand of my issue! I need access to my business paypal in order to run my business. Your system to allow 2nd level authentifaction is not working. No one responds and now no one is answering phone calls.I can not go without access to ppal account as I need to run and admin my business. A pointless message here telling me how sorry you are to hear I have issues with login is not what im interested in. I need someone to call me and to fix this issue asap.

Yes I am having the same problem with the 2 factor authentication, it’s not working at all. The joke is that you have to ‘identify’ your self everytime you want to check your balance. I don’t have the time to be calling because PayPal doesn’t know how to fix their system
