Not able to access my account!

Hi everybody, I'm not able to login to my account!? Always receiving "sorry! We couldn't confirm it's you" message. Don't know what should I do?

Do you have a verified mobile (not landline) verified on your paypal account that was issued in your country with you as the only registered owner?
