Not Able to Log into PayPal Account Without a Cell Phone Now?

I have not been able to log into my PayPal account this evening after several tries and several changes of my password by PayPal's request.

But each time I try to log in, it takes me to the cell phone entry page and I don't have a cell phone.  I asked PayPal about this back when this first started appearing but was told to choose the "Not Now" option and it would be fine.  Well, apparently it isn't fine any more.

I am not able to afford a cell phone right now, so does this mean I no longer have a PayPal account that I will be able to access?

Is there anyone available here that can let me in on what's going on?  It would be greatly appreciated as I cannot contact PayPal as I can no longer sign in.

Thanks.

You need to add a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified to your Paypal account for future access.
Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
