Every time I received a message saying there is something wrong with the document. I have a long term ("trvaly pobyt" in Czech) residency card that is double-sided, but that is not accepted. My passport is not accepted either, but the original one expired in 2008 and the renewals ceased once I acquired my long term residency. There is a message saying that double-sided ID cards that are not in English will need to be accompanied with an "official translation" into English! I think that is a lot of hoops to jump through just so that clients can pay me for my translation work. Apparently, after residing in the Czech Republic for 20 years my country no longer "trusts" me, or at least PayPal in America no longer trusts my identity! I am extremely frustrated and am considering going to some other service 😞
