Need some help

I want to delete my paypal account. I have added a debit card, my phone number and a email address in my account. Still whenever i try to Close my account. The pop-up menu says SORRY, THERE SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM.

Please help me with this.

Have you got any pending transactions? You need to wait at least 2 weeks for them to fully complete.

Secondly make sure you don't have any subscriptions set up.

If still getting issues then do as they say and contact customer services.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
