People I have problem
When I was making account nationality was based in United states but I wasn't there and I am NOT from US and I will like to change it but I dont know how.

You can't change a country on a paypal account and its against paypal rules to open a paypal account in a country where you do not reside.
Your best bet is to close that account removing any linked information first and then open one in the correct country.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
