Name change not updated on the thunes database

I legaly changed my name on paypal. This change has not been detected on thunes system and thus am not able to link my new mpesa number with paypal. Thunes says when paypal changes the name it should be reflected on their system whereas paypal says they did the name change as requested. Thunes database has my old paypal name and thus i cannot link my new mpesa line with paypal as they are not matching.
