Name Change Request Need to add suffix III to my first name

Anyone experienced this?
When I registered with PayPal a few years back, there wasn't an option where to put my suffix 'III' so I didn't bother putting it. Just this year, I have had issues linking my PayPal account to a 3rd party account wherein I send my money so I can withdraw it locally on my local ATM.
My bank account and other financial related accounts have my suffix 'III' included in my first name, so this is where my problem lies.
I already requested a name change to PayPal CS 2 weeks ago and just waiting for an update, and still, I have to wait for 72 hours as per CS agent. I already submitted a scanned copy of my government-issued ID and birth certificate.
Just want to know if someone ever got this resolved.

It wasn't. I guess PayPal support really doesn't care. I just send my money to my wife's PayPal account for us to be able to encash it on our local eWallet.
