I received the following notification: On July 9, 2020, $14.99 USD was preauthorized for a purchase on your card xx-0xxx. If it isn’t completed or it’s completed for a different amount, any pending amounts will drop off, usually within a day. This doesn't tell me if the transaction completed, or what to do about it. PayPal certainly doesn't want to be bothered by customers. The last time I contacted an agent, the idiot told me the complete wrong information. Is it me, or is it time to dump this account.
