My login generator device is broken and no longer works. I'd like to get a new one, but can't find a way to do so. I can still login with my password and phone number, but prefer to have the additional security of the device. Could someone point me toward getting a new device from PayPal? Thank you. Thank you.
Thank you for your post. It sounds like you have been using an old product that was discontinued. The Security Key is no longer a supported product and has been replaced with the instructions here to enable 2-step verification in other ways.
