My bank account and card are linked. I have provided all the information they asked for and they have been confirmed. Yet, it says that my account is limited and I need to confirm my bank account.
I contacted the customer service and received a reply (I don't know to which email because I sent multiple emails about some other issues I've been experiencing as well) and the advice they provided has nothing to do with the issue I have, whatsoever.
They claim they aim to provide the customers with the highest possible standard of customer service but I either get no responses at all or a response to something that's not even my concern.
