Good day. I would like to ask about my account. Whenever I log in, there is a statement where the paypal looks for me and I cannot log in with my account. I don't know what's the problem. Can you fix my paypal account? Or what do I need to do to fix it?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
