MasterCard paysafe

I got my paysafe card but the PayPal doesn't let me add the card into the account can some1 tell me why ?

Is that card registered to the same name and billing address as your PayPal account? It's probably not working because it is a MasterCard. Visa works better for certain European region PayPal accounts.

Is not the same but even changing the address before the registration process gives me the same results
