Many Problems

Hi,

I've had encountered a problem with paypal as I can't reset my password since "it can't confirm it's me" and on my other account, I can't reset that password because I gotten a text message, although I don't use that phone number anymore. I've called customer service and it was asking me for my SSN, although I haven't put mine in for both of my paypal accounts. Please help.
