Managing multiple stores with different emails through one Paypal account

We are managing multiple ecommerce stores that have different customer service emails under our 1 paypal account. Is is possible to direct our customers to the correct corresponding email address for different store purchases? They are emailing our primary email address which is actually a personal email address and it seems that it is not possible to change the primary email address. Is it also possible to have separate Paypal accounts under one bank? We are seeing that it is not but it would be helpful to have that option so we can manage our multiple stores separately.
