I had reset my password to my business account and now I can’t log in and when I go to reset it it wants me to send a code to my old phone number that I don’t have access to. What do I do?

You would need to contact customer services and see if they can verify you via your security questions.

However make sure you update your phone when you get back in as that is the main way you are verified.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

Another user here but same issue of not having outdated phone.

What about if we've called the customer service four times now, only to have the dumpster fire of an automated system outright refuse to connect me to a human being and has suddenly gone 'goodbye' and hangs the phone on me each call. Any possible numbers to call to not deal with the broken call tree because otherwise I'll loose my cool if I am hung up again by a bot that won't connect me to an operator

Yes but..........

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
