Hello,I've been trying to contact PayPal viva phone multiple times,I understand my account has an negative balance and I would like to get into contact with someone at PayPal to solve this issue.I currently cannot login to my Paypal account which is preventing me from both paying off my negative balance and paying my Paypal Credit balance.
How am I supposed to pay my Paypal Credit and and resolve my negative balance if Paypal won't even let me login.
