I am not sure if anyone else has had this issue BUT
I received my new updated card today & when trying to activate by phone, recording said there is no number (the number on back of my card. So I tried online & it keep bringing up the wrong last 4 digits. Does not match my card.
Paypal assistant is no use.
Any ideas or is there any way to contact a Paypal rep??
