How do I remove my personal SSN from a Business account set-up as a Non-profit?
I cannot update the information on the "profile and settings"-->"account information" page. When I click "Edit SSN" next to the Social Security Number field a dialogue box appears with the statement "To update any tax ID number, click "Contact" at the bottom of any page on the site."
I searched the PayPal contact page. None of the results answer this question.
