When I opened my Paypal account it asked my my place of residence. I entered it as Qatar as that is where I am resident. My nationality is however South African. How do I correct this.
I also dont have a US bank account... How do I withdraw funds? I only have the option to add a US account. I have tried to add both a Visa and Mastercard Credit card to with draw funds too. I have a bank account in the state of Qatar.
