I have uploaded my documents to confirm my identity and was told I need different ones. I am trying to upload a different document but there is no option for me to do so. When I click on upload documents, it redirects me to a screen that says thank you for submitting, we will get back to you in a few says or something like that. I have emailed over 10 times and have yet to have it fixed. I don't have time to call their support. What other options do I have?
I am not going to call, apparently email gets me to support staff that is unable to help besides the "just press this button and upload document" copy/paste answer and my frustration is mounting. I have been a customer since 2008 and I am ready to go somewhere else. I just want to give them the information that they requested... Is there a chat option or something rather than email?
