hellou , a couple of years back i have made a Paypal account and i didnt actually see or realise that i have made a buisness account , this year i used paypal for a few transactions and now it wants verify me and my company... but i dont have one and i didnt find the way to change a paypal acc. to private one ... i cant call to paypal because of covid , and i need money from paypal that are stuck in there ( bcs all moves with money has been frozen)
