Hi, I hope everyone is fine. Please, I need some help from anyone. I have forgotten my password and I tried to reset it by clicking forgot password. It would bring me to another page, like captcha however everytime I submit it it would just say that my identity has not been confirmed. I tried to check my email if there are any emails i received from PayPal but there was none. I am just starting to use this app and there's no so much money in it but I don't want to change my account. Can anybody please help me how I can solve this situation? Thank you so much
