in the site they said upload the back and the front of my identity card With limit of size which is 2M

i have upload so many times but it just says SORRY SOMETHING WRONG TRY AGAIN LATER

even thou iam sure the size and the type of the images of my identity card are CORRECT.

iam confused can anyone help me please
