I have an problem of my profile details and cant edit it .. my account published in 2008 and by the way im not using it tell now ...just opened my account then i found it have not true information about me for example im found my personality is another country and i cant re edit it .... And my name was just a nick name and i cant re edit it to my true name on my ID ... Need help to resolve that problem .. thank you all ❤️

Firstly you have to open a paypal account in the country you are living in and its against paypal rules to use another countries  paypal account.

Secondly if the name on the account is not a name that was ever your legal name, it is not likely that a name change will be possible. Names can be changed on an account in the following circumstances:

A legal name change

A minor misspelling

And in the case of an account for a registered business, a change in the designated contact for the company.

Changing from a fictitious name (or, as in your case, a name unrelated to your legal name) to a legally recognized name is not something that is supported. If the account is not currently limited, you may wish to close the account and open an account using the correct information.
