Hope you are all fine and doing great.
I'm trying to link my bank account with paypal. I'm try the same way as described in PayPal help page.
Go to Wallet -> link bank account -> enter bank related details.
I'm try to add US bank.
When I fill bank information and click on add bank. it show error "Can't process at this time." I tried it many times but not working.
Could you please let me know what is the problem.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
