I have two problems:

1) I cant remeber my paypal account, i dont remeber the email address i used But when i try to put my credit card on my new account, then apear i cant ad this card bcs it is on another account..now how i can to find this account? 2) Also this is the message my friend received after trying to send me money "We were unable to complete the transaction. Please log in to help us resolve the problem." we live in different countries. No one can send me money on my paypal adress? Plz how can we fix this? #paypalhelp #help

Suggest contacting customer services re regaining your account access, but as for your second problem then read the link as you are in one of the countries affected by that policy.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
