Months ago, I created an PayPal account for my father and I forgot the email address, so we can't login and there's money in the account. The only thing I have is an screenshot with the transaction ID for a transaction I made from that account months ago. Is that useful? What should I do to get the email address?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
